Introducing The 8th Estate Winery, Hong Kong’s first and only urban wine production facility.
Since opening to the public in November 2008, the Winery currently offers a delectable 2007 Vintage with varietals including three dessert wines, five white wines and three reds all proudly labelled as a product of Hong Kong. The finest grapes are sourced and selected from the best growing regions of the world, flash frozen and then shipped to Hong Kong.
The entire wine making production takes place onsite where it is then aged in Oak Barrels for up to 2 years. Our world class Winemakers ensure that Hong Kong now has exclusive and direct access to exceptionally made wines in their premium state.
